WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Here’s what you get:
1-on-1 Intro Session – Meet with one of our friendly personal trainers to get a feel for the studio, meet the team, and go through some gentle movement to assess where you’re at today. We’ll make sure you feel safe, seen, and supported before jumping into anything.
6 Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions – Over the next 14 days, you’ll train with expert personal trainers in a small group setting (no more than 5 people per session), with every workout tailored to your goals and abilities.
Full Access to Our Nutrition Resources – Get practical, real-world strategies to help you fuel your body without extreme dieting or counting every calorie.
Optional InBody Measurement – Track body composition (not just weight) so you can focus on real progress—like strength, energy, and confidence.

Before you commit to anything, we’ll sit down for a relaxed, pressure-free intro session. This is where we:
Learn about your fitness background, goals, and any limitations
Go through a few basic movements to assess your strength and mobility
Make sure nothing causes discomfort or pain
Help you get familiar with the studio and community
Talk through whether the 6 sessions is right for you
There’s no pressure to move forward—just a chance to see if this feels like the right environment for you.
