By capping our semi-private personal training sessions to just 4-5 people, you receive the best of both worlds.
Personal attention, and group support.
You’ll have the fun, energy and social benefits of training with a few other people AND the benefits of an individualized workout you would receive in one-on-one training.
These are NOT classes. You move at your own pace, and our coaches are there every step of the way to make sure you’re doing what’s right for you.

This is the best part.
We can save you a fortune on personal training. Private 1-on-1 personal training can range from $75 to over $100 per session in our area.
With our Semi-Private Personal Training Model, we bring the cost down to $40-$50 per session.
First, come in for a visit
We understand that finding a new gym can be intimidating and confusing. The last thing we want you to do is sign up and be stuck with something you don’t like or aren’t comfortable with.
Test us out, low key.

Unpack your unique goals, what has held you back in the past
complete movement assessment to ensure your safety
foundational exercises (hands on, 15-20 min)
