Sessions: Each session is no longer than one hour and are limited to no more than 5 people per trainer. Our sessions run from 5AM-10AM, 1PM and from 4PM - 8PM
Flexibility: We use a scheduling app, and you can sign in an out of any session on our schedule (you are not fixed to a set day and time).

HOW IT WORKS
Wellness Reset Orientation: Start Strong, Stay Supported
Before we dive into the 28-Day Wellness Reset, we’ll kick things off with a hands-on orientation to set you up for success—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
During this session, you’ll:
Learn simple, sustainable nutrition principles that you can actually stick with
Get introduced to our foundational strength training movements (don’t worry—we’ll guide you step by step)
Define what success means to you—so you can measure progress in a way that feels personal and empowering
This is your chance to get comfortable, build confidence, and create a strong foundation for the next 4 weeks—and beyond.
We’re not chasing perfection here. We’re helping you take control of your health in a way that finally makes sense.
Weekly Workouts: We suggest you participate in two to three semi-private sessions per week. Sessions are offered every hour between 5–11 AM and 1–8 PM for maximum flexibility. Each session will have no more than 5 participants for a personalized experience.
Group Chat Support: Connect with your cohort and coaches for encouragement, tips, accountability, and questions.
Final Report: Receive a detailed summary of your results at the end of the challenge.
